Initial Ideas (Pt 1) - Jeet

In terms of ideas I looked into some areas in the media and came up with the following:

• Whether video games insight violence
• The of cinema-is cinema dead?
• Geek culture (Linkage to video games)
• Adults Cartoons? and then children
• Avenue Q - Family Guy
• South Park can  be included here also
• And the Simpsons also
• Ideas relating to Comic Con
• The rise of secret celebrities (YouTubers)

As you can see above that the main ideas which I was looking into were the ideas relating to cartoon and then the gaming industry. I think this will be a good area to look into; thus in relation to the news package plan.

In terms of the story and the key questions: 

• Is cinema dying?
• Violent Games and Parents, Really?

Other areas which I looked into a series of questions:

• TOPIC;
• STORY OR KEY QUESTION;
• WHO WE WOULD INTERVIEW? (X2 PEOPLE)
• WHO WOULD OUR TARGET AUDIENCE BE?
• WHAT GRAPHICS AND STATISTICS COULD WE DO?
• WHY IS IT INTERESTING?
• WHAT IS IT’S UNIQUE SELLING POINT?
