Today's Lesson (21/09/2017), Marketing - Jeet

In today's lesson we looked into an array of things which included another in depth recap for our examination and the course itself and also we analysed all of the work of others which was set as a task which we did at home. So in short this task was to look in to the cinema industry and choose a recent film. Thereafter we had to discuss the different marketing elements of this and also describe how and why and other issues as well. Some included; Dunkirk, The Hit Man's Bodyguard, IT and other too. In regards to marketing I am talking about the ways in which they can 'show their film off'. 

For example; when thinking of this I was intrigued and also fascinated by 'IT's' marketing. As it had an array of ways to get one self. From creepy online games all the way to horrific and disgusting VR experiences. Not only this but when someone goes onto their website; the trailer will automatically start playing; so I think they are trying to do very well. Then again this can be arguable in relation to the movie. 

Areas such as hideous and terrifying Art Content and user generated content too which I think can help the website grow; but no one has really done anything yet to give to the website; the reason being because of the ghastly sounds and others areas too which I think do make it a scary experience for not only children but adults also. Hand in hand with this we also looked into Twitter posts which had aspects for other films prescribed on this.
