As part of our filming process and the parts of the locations. We have decided to write a letter to the GAME store to help us and give us permission to film. As we had to do this, I was in charge of this and the letter is as so documented below:

Dear Sir/Madame,
On behalf of Nova News Productions, I am writing to you to ask for your permission to film and shoot within the GAME store in your Soho branch. The purpose of this video will be that it will play a key part of my A2 Media coursework, of which I am studying at Mill Hill County High School, London,. Mill Hill. My coursework task for A2 Media is to plan and film a niche news package and the chosen topic I am looking at in terms of is Video games and Violence and whether video games insights violence.
In the process of my planning we would like to use the whole of the GAME store as we would like to take different shots of people buying and playing games and whats more; we want to take personal interviews with people either outside or inside the GAME building too.
